Return & Refund Policy

All items purchased online at www.stonevip.com or through our customer service representative may be accepted for a compensation claim within 30 days of the purchase date.


     

      1. Returned of Deposit

1.1. The deposit can be returned by Paypal within 2 hrs of payment.

1.2. If the customer make a payment by bank account transfer, and request a refund, please inform our customer services about the situation.

 

      2. Compensation Claim

2.1 If the item received by the customer does not conform to the QC inspection report, the customer can file a claim for compensation to our customer services.

2.2 Return/Exchange : No Returns or Exchanges. All Sales are Final.

2.3 Please contact our customer services within 5 working days of purchase date with following information:

(Please open the container in time after cargo picking up to make sure the packaging is intact and still fix onto the container, and it is best to provide a video of the entire unloading process to facilitate the ruling):

- Shortage/Wrong item: The item received does not match the order description, please provide the PI and the Shipping Mark on the package

- Defective item: The item received has some unexpected damages, please provide pictures and videos to facilitate the ruling.  

2.4 Our customer services will respond to your request in next 24 hrs.
